Central Otago Powder Coating
Powdercoating enhances metal objects by adding a durable paint finish that protects from corrosion and damage
and creates an exceptional visual finish.
The technique adds a fine dry-powder paint electrostatically. The metal is then cured at 200°C to provide a hardened, evenly distributed and sealed surface. The powder may be a thermoplastic or a thermoset polymer and this process creates a hardened surface, stronger than any other painting process.
The aesthetics are exceptional and the durability is outstanding.
